Bursting, My Heart is Bursting!
YA’LL…my heart has been bursting ALL DAY!
Can you believe in 24 hours we have had 12 submissions to the #discoverfreedomproject..
That is twice as many as I could have dreamed for last night…
Today I want to address some things to maybe make things a little bit easier for you to participate…
First, I am going to share easy ways to make a photo…
Second, going to give you a way to participate anonymously if you want to participate but might not be comfortbale with your family or friends seeing it…
Third, I am going to give you links to all of my social media stuff so you can easily both tag me and used the hashtag #discoverfreedomproject so that I can see all the bravery and beauty you are sharing…
So, I heard a couple of questions about how to create the photos you might want to use…there are a few easy ways to make it work…what I love about the submissions today is that there are some that are really arty and others that are barebones…
1. if you have a smart phone there are free apps that you can use to easily add text to photos…a favorite of mine is OVER…
2. if you would rather do it on your desktop picmonkey.com is my go to editor…but there are ALL kinds…

Now, let’s talk about participating in the project anonymously…I think we can totally make this happen…there are a lot of legit reasons why sharing a photo with your face or through your social media claiming it as your own could be dangerous or hard…
So, what do you think of having an option where you can message me on Facebook or to e-mail me at aprilbest@carelessinthecareofgod.com…then I could take your private message and create a photo using a stock photo that wouldn’t identify you at all and then I share it for you…
Then you are able to participate and know what is your freedom story but your name/face is not on it…
Lastly here are all of my social network links…I would love it if you can both tag me wherever you post so I don’t accidentally miss any of your wonderful sharing and always use that hashtag #discoverfreedomproject…that is the best way for me to see what all is posted everywhere…
and if you see someone else share…will you take a second and like their post? even share it…Let’s become a community of brave souls and honor it when we see it because it may have been a big deal for them to share…let’s celebrate and share them all…because the more we talk about it the less power it has over us…
